We typically ship within 1–3 business days.

Yes! You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships (it may take up to 12 hours to update).

Don’t see it? Check your spam or promotions folder—or email us with your name + shipping address and we’ll help you out.

If you need to make a change, email us as soon as possible—ideally within 30 minutes of placing your order.

If we haven’t packed it yet, we’ll do our best to help.

We don’t currently offer international shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain items (such as final sale, custom, or personalized products) cannot be returned.

2. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted.

3. Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. How to Start a Return
  1. Contact us at support@rivers-home.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Pack your item securely and drop it off with the carrier.

Shipping

Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items:
  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Order Items:
  • Pre-order ceramics are made-to-order and require a production lead time of 4–8 weeks, depending on the product.

  • We will notify you via email when your pre-order item is ready to ship.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order will ship together once all items are ready, unless you request separate shipments (additional shipping fees may apply).

Shipping Costs

We currently offer flat-rate shipping to simplify your checkout experience.
The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout, based on your choice of standard shipping or express shipping.
